Gemini 3 API Privacy Policy

We built this site to spotlight Gemini 3’s reasoning, multimodal, and agentic abilities. Because the experience proxies requests through Evolink’s infrastructure, we collect a limited set of analytics to keep the preview secure and reliable.

1. Data We Collect

• Prompt metadata such as model, token counts, latency, and error codes.
• High-level usage statistics (language, feature surfaces, navigation events).
• Contact details only when you proactively reach out via email or support.

2. How We Use Data

Logs help us tune caching, detect abuse, and surface more relevant documentation. We do not sell user data. Limited personnel at Evolink and trusted processors may access logs strictly to operate the service.

3. Retention & Security

Raw logs are retained for up to 30 days before being aggregated and anonymized. We rely on Google Cloud security controls, encryption at rest, and role-based access.

4. Your Choices

Do not share sensitive information during the preview. To request deletion of contact records, email [email protected] and we will respond within 5 business days.
